  • Confidential online consultation on your likes & dislikes, challenges, exercise/gym ability.
  • Workout plan to suit your specific goal (gaining, maintaining, fat loss etc)
  • 1 and 2 week plans available.
  • Support to run you through your plan.

1 to 1 Online Coaching

  • To suit your specific goal, tailored meal plans focusing on daily calories, and easy-to-follow workout plans. Progressing each month towards your goal.
  • Regular 2 weekly check ins to ensure we’re on target.
  • On going support via email/whatsapp/video calls.
  • Great for beginners too – focus on overall goal, health, habits, motivation, confidence, relationship with food and lifestyle factors.
  • Monthly or 2 weekly payments available and the option to pause/cancel after the 1st month.
  • You must be absolutely ready to put in the hard work!!

For anyone who wants to achieve their goal of losing weight, gaining weight or maintaining. As well as building up general fitness knowledge and confidence, sustainable eating habits, overall health and happiness! I have a relaxed attitude towards health and fitness and I don’t promote quick changes, but more working through the mental process and habit changes of getting there.
