Welcome to my page! I have been on the health and fitness journey for 4 years now and I am a newly qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. I have trailed various eating habits, different diets and workout methods whilst learning and applying the principles to help me gain weight in all the right areas! I have also learnt how to slim down, whilst retaining the gains and most importantly maintain and live a healthy and happy sustainable lifestyle. I aim not only to help you achieve specific physical goals, but to create mindful eating and exercise habits and to strengthen a better relationship with yourself and food. All by creating permanent changes in your mentality and focusing on the bigger picture rather than rushing to achieve a temporary physical goal.
